The Committee on Budgets calls on the Committee on Fisheries, as the committee responsible, to recommend that Parliament decline to give its consent to the draft Council decision on the conclusion, on behalf of the European Union, of the Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and the financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union, of the one part, and the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe, of the other part.
