Calls on the European Commission to use more strategic EU legislative approach by identifying the areas that should be subject of most policy attention and as a result to propose a comprehensive solution to each of the remaining priorities and existing obstacles geared towards winning back the trust of European citizens; calls on the Commission to back up each piece of legislation with a comprehensive logic map identifying synergy and conflicts with other policy areas in Europe that can affect the everyday life of the European citizens and providing evidence that the new proposals are likely to address those problems;
