Welcomes the Commission's intention to encourage e-commerce; regrets however the absence of the objective to make online services and goods accessible for consumers from all countries in the EU; calls on the Commission to propose a strategy to prevent traders from adopting discriminatory policies in their e- commerce practices, thus ensuring that all European citizens can have unfettered access to cross-border online trade;
