Calls on universities to improve the quality of the information provided, both for incoming and outgoing students; universities and Erasmus National Agencies should collaborate with student organisations in order to make available all the necessary information in due time. Universities should support student rights, in line with the commitments they have made by adhering to the Erasmus University Charter;
