Points out that students who hold the European baccalaureate can, under Article 5 of the Convention defining the Statute of the European Schools, students who hold the European baccalaureate can, with the same rights as nationals of the country in question who hold equivalent qualifications, apply to any university in the EU, and urges the Member States to ensure that the relevant provisions are complied with;
