Lietuva nuo pat Rusijos agresijos pradžios palaikė nuostatą, jog Rusijos įšaldytas turtas turi būti panaudotas Ukrainos atstatymui. Mūsų sprendimas yra pirmas kartas modernioje istorijoje, kai agresorius pats ima mokėti už savo nusikaltimus. Mes žinome principą „teršėjas moka“, bet dabar įgyvendiname kitą principą „agresorius moka“. Ir reikia ne tik priversti agresorių mokėti, bet ir agresorių nubausti. Tai bus sekantis žingsnis, kai agresorius bus sutramdytas politinėmis, karinėmis, ekonominėmis, diplomatinėmis ir teisinėmis priemonėmis ir turės atsakyti už savo nusikaltimus. Tad dabar žengiame teisingu keliu!
