(3h) The following Article shall be inserted: "Article 7a Limits of third party liability in the case of a nuclear accident On an annual basis, operators of nuclear power plants shall supply evidence to the competent national authority and to the Commission of holding a minimum amount of cover of 2,8 billion EUR per case of damage for liability and insurance claims deriving from nuclear accidents."
