Considers that seasonal workers play an important role in agricultural sector, therefore it is of utmost importance to guarantee their rights in the field of working conditions ensuring the same level of protection that applies to domestic workers, furthermore to safeguard that social security rights are provided by the Member State of employment in accordance with the lex loci laboris principle;
