Notes with concern efforts to upgrade the secessionist entity in occupied Cyprus at the Organization of Turkic States and calls on the Central Asian states concerned to effectively uphold the respect of the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity of all states and not to ratify the amended Statute of the Organization of Turkic States, which would put into effect the decision to grant observer status to the secessionist entity in occupied Cyprus;
