1. Expresses its continued strong support for the programmes in the field of education and culture,, training, sport, culture and youth and calls for the allocation of sufficient commitment and payment appropriations to ensure their proper implementation;

Welcomes the new action under the Creative Europe Programme on "Support for refugees integration", nevertheless, calls for a more concrete actions to be taken in the area of recognition and validation of the qualifications of refugees and asylum seekers in order to power them with the possibilities to contribute to the EU labour market and to the society in general as soon as possible after their arrival to the host country.
