Encourages Member States to promote an entrepreneurial culture in education and entrepreneurship training curricula at all levels of education; highlights the importance of financial, ICT, entrepreneurship and new business development courses in secondary education, especially in subject areas mostly attended by girls, such as health care and other services;

Calls on Member States to collaborate with the private sector, NGOs and universities to establish further apprenticeship and non-formal and informal learning programmes, including those in which students conduct development projects based on real business concepts from a young age onwards and business incubators that aim to empower young entrepreneurs;
