Welcomes the steps taken to date by the Commission to combat UTPs with a view to securing a more balanced market; regrets the Commission's conclusion in its 2016 report on unfair business-to- business trading practices in the food supply chain, that it does not currently propose to adopt a harmonised regulatory approach to tackle unfair trading practices at EU level;
