Recalls the importance of the Commission being the sole EU negotiator during the negotiations and that Member States shall not undertake any bilateral negotiations, however it should be ensured that the interests of each Member State are equally and fully represented by the Commission during the negotiations and implemented in the final comprehensive agreement;
