Emphasizes the need for further deep cooperation and transparency in the area of tax fraud and money laundering between the EU and the UK; underlines the need for the UK and its overseas territories to comply with international and EU standards in these matters; recalls, in this context, the existence of the EU list of third countries with strategic deficiencies in their anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing frameworks as well as the EU list of non-cooperative tax jurisdictions;
