Calls for sustainable impact assessments and human rights impact assessments to be carried out, at bilateral level, before, during and after the negotiations; takes the view, also, that negotiators should take into account to a greater extent the priorities and concerns that emerge from these impact studies for their action to be more realistic and effective;
