Calls for the Paris Protocol to include GHG reduction targets that are consistent with a global carbon budget in line with the 2 degree objective for international aviation and maritime shipping; highlights the importance of taking account of the specific situation of island and outermost regions, in order to ensure that environmental performance does not affect mobility and accessibility in these regions in particular;
