Considers the fact that recent supply chain disruption, notably caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russian war against Ukraine, has highlighted the EU agricultural sector’s reliance on complex import and export chains; calls for a shift to a sustainable, resilient and fair, fair and self-sufficient agricultural model anchored in the EU territories;
