Is of the opinion that, in addition to the criteria contained in the Relocation Decisions, namely the GDP of the Member State, the population of the Member State, the unemployment rate in the Member State, and the past numbers of asylum seekers in the Member State, consideration should be given to two other criteria, namely, the size of the territory of the Member State and the population density of the Member State;deleted

41 a. It is necessary to integrate refugees into the EU free labour market as soon as possible. They cannot be locked up in one particular member state because not all EU states can provide enough jobs for them.
