Calls on the Member States - in order to trigger the much needed investments in the energy sector - to develop long term national energy strategies and if possible among all stakeholders a ‘national energy pact’ in the light of the ‘Energy Roadmap 2050’ and the long-terma ‘national energy pact’ which sets, if possible, a target of 80-95%a reduction of greenhouse gases by 2050;
