Calls for a framework directivSuggests that Member States legislate on working conditions in the platform economy in order to guarantee the legal situation of platform workers, who are often managed by multinational undertakings and by businesses based outside Europe, and to ensure that all platform workers have the same social and employment rights and health and safety protection as workers in the traditional economy, and recalls that labour law remains a prerogative of the Member States;
