Notes that Russia is Armenia's main guarantee of security through its active participation in the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO), the establishment on its territory of the 102nd Russian military base (granted by Armenia until 2044) and, finally, by the surveillance of the borders between Armenia and Turkey and between Armenia and Iran by FSB border guards of the Russian Federation;
