(s) to recall that human rights are indivisible, interdependent and interrelated; to call on the EU and the UN to condemn the disturbing global trend towards a marginalisation of human rights, particularly with regard to the closing space for civil society around the worldthe most important means to protect human dignity is a legitimate and effective State; warns that human rights should not be used as a pretext to interfere or spread chaos, as they were in the destruction of the States of Iraq, Libya and Syria;
