Asks the Managing Authorities to take into consideration the characteristics and specific competences of individual territories, with a view to promoting both traditional and innovative economic sectors; calls on the Commission to draw up specific programmes which embody all relevant green growth elements for SMEs; stresses the need for youth entrepreneurship potential to be used to the full in the context of green growth, as a way to reconcile economic growth with environmental sustainability; Strongly encourages to introduce entrepreneurship in school curricula in order to foster entrepreneurial interest and talent, as identified in the Small Business Act;
