Calls on the Member States, in cooperation with their national, regional and local authorities, to keep up the fight against fraud and to remain ambitious in avoiding irregularities, preventing and detecting fraud and further reducing the error rates; considers that capacity building towards this end should be continued, also in cooperation with Transparency International and the implementation of Integrity Pacts;

7. Urges the Commission to review, under the EU Budget Focused on Results initiative, the effectiveness of indicators used, and to improve the overall performance measurement system when reconsidering the delivery mechanism post-2020; calls on the Commission to further strengthen the programme focus on performanceresults and simplified implementation.
