Recalls that the purpose of the EUSF is to mobilise funds rapidly in order to provide financial assistance to regions of European Union Member States that have been devastated by natural disasters, and that it must, in no case, be diverted from its original purpose; insists that this fund must not be activated for the purposes of managing the current migration crisis or financing the reception of illegal migrants;
