Is convinced that the use of different international experience and the promotion of European best practices would strengthen aquaculture and would help all Member States to increase sustainable aquaculture production and that, in this connection, insect meals are a good substitute for safeguarding fish stocks, which, in many instances, are undermined by industrial fishing for catches to be used as feed within aquaculture;
