Deplores the fact that the greening reform and the overhaul of the conditions for the payment of aid are reflected in the new CAP not by a renationalisation, but rather by the privatisation of the monitoring of agricultural policy to the benefit of private certification agencies; points out that, because the whole process will be managed by the Commission, any talk of renationalisation has even less basis in fact;
