Calls on the Commission to establish as quickly as possible a global strategy to prevent the radicalisation and recruitment of European citizens, taking into account all vectors of radicalisation, on the basis of the exchange of best practice within the European Union and the evaluation of measures undertaken in the Member States; ~~takes the view that the Commission should develop an intensive communication strategy on preventing the radicalisation and recruitment of European citizens by terrorist organisations;~~
