Welcomes the first EIB report in 2014 on the results of its external operations and the use of the 3 Pillar Assessment Framework (3PA) and the Results Measurement (ReM) Framework by the EIB for the ex ante assessment of expected results from investment projects; believes, however, that ex ante and ex post analyses need to be improved further in order to allow not only for economic indicators, but also for environmental protection and sustainable development criteria;
