Deplores the fact, however, that legal proceedings have been brought against the Agency on several occasions in connection with cases involving the mistreatment of whistle blowers, and emphasises that the European Ombudsman has stated that the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights is guilty of maladministration by refusing to carry out a proper, detailed investigation of allegations of psychological harassment made by a whistle blower; calls on the Agency to comply with the rulings handed down by the Civil Service Tribunal, in particular that of 8 October 2015;
