In order to facilitate checking of the documents in other Member States, the document title should also appear in at least one other official language of the institutions of the UnionEnglish.

(2) No sooner than sixfive years after the date of application of this Regulation, the Commission shall carry out an evaluation of this Regulation and present a report on the main findings to the European Parliament, the Council and the European Economic and Social Committee. The evaluation shall be conducted according to the Commission's better regulation Guidelines.
