Underlines the role of the Structural Reform Support Programme in supportingat tailor-made assistance is essential in order to help Member States carry out their reforms; stresses, in this respect, the importance of continued structural reforms at all levels of governmentpublic and private investments for the medium and long term economic growth and of the removal of red tape surrounding ongoing investments so as to help improve the business and investment environments.
