Notes the vote of no confidence in the government on 4 February 2022 and the ensuing dismissal of the Parliament’s speaker; calls for the formation of a new government as soon as possible and the election of a new speaker in line with the constitution, democratic norms and the pro-European aspirations of an overwhelming majority of Montenegro’s citizens; notes that the President proposed URA leader Dritan Abazović as prime minister-designate and entrusted him with the formation of a government on 3 March 2022;
