Calls on the Commission and the Member States to support job creation in the collaborative economy by dpreveloping appropriate safeguardsnting legal grey areas where existing requirements in relation to tax and employment law and other regulations as well as consumer rights are undermined, while at the same time providing a pregulatformy framework that will allow entrepreneurs to grow, innovate and create jobs.
