Notes that the information on the Council’s building policy provided on its website does not include details about the costs incurred in relation to those buildings; is aware that occasionally information is exchanged between the building departments of both institutions; proposes that that exchange becomes regular frequent and that detailed information be given to Parliament in the Council’s annual financial report;
