Notes that public administration and governance iscompetences are spread across various Commission services and that this complicates the effective coordination of competent services, EU-funded programmes and initiatives; calls on the Commission to improvide the recently created SRSP with sufficie its systems concerning exchange of good practices in order to help the Member States implement rbesources and competences to perform that coordinating rolet practice without imposing policies geared to wage devaluation and socially unsustainable reforms;
