Notes, in particular, that once again insufficient funding has been budgeted for the Middle East Peace Process, Palestine and UNRWA and asks for sufficient funds to be provi; stresses that in light of the on-going humanitarian crisis, the increase in the number of refugees, the situation on the ground and the destruction of vital infrastructure in the Gaza Strip an increase of funds is needed;
