F. whereas the European Parliament rejects the use of force or the threat of force in the resolution of conflicts and shares the EU’s commitment to supporting the sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of all EaP countriesit is needed to start reconsidering our approach to the negotiations ensuring that the European Union plays a central role in cooperation and coordination within their internationally recognised borders, in accordance with international law, norms and principles diplomatic action of the Russian leadership;
