Ba. whereas Regulation (EC) No 1141/2014 does not allow for the possibility of financing for political actors besides political parties and foundations; whereas the role of European political movements has been recognised many times over by the European Parliament, and this recognition should be reflected in the applicable European legislation so as to allow for the possibility of financing for political actors besides political parties and foundations;
