Calls on Montenegrin authorities to investigate claims that the convicted founder of "Male State", an ultra- nationalist Russian online group which recently launched a campaign supporting Russia's invasion of Ukraine, posting anti-semitic statements and calling for Ukraine's leader to be executed, is living in Montenegro; calls on Montenegro to take decisive and systemic actions towards identifying and dismantling fake news factories and on politicians and public figures to not taking advantage but to firmly condemn any message polarizing society and undermining faith in media and core democratic values;

Urges Montenegro to take more action to prevent money laundering, strongly condemns the so-called ‘golden passport’ scheme and regrets its extension until December 2022; stresses that citizenship by investment carries security risks and potential for corruption, money laundering and tax evasion; calls on Montenegro to review its "Golden Passport" scheme particularly in the light of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine; is worried by news claiming that multiple citizenships may have been granted to Russian oligarchs through this scheme; call on the authorities to investigate and take action on this matter;
