Appeals to the EU and the US to scale up cooperation on climate change; Calls the EU and the US to make use of the current and future trade negotiations, at all levels, to ensure the application of internationally agreed standards, such as the Paris Agreement, to promote trade in environmentally sound goods, including technology, as well as to ensure global energy transition, with a clear and coordinated international trade agenda, both to protect the environment and to create opportunities for jobs and growth;
