(c) paragraph 5 is replaced by the following: ‘5. All threshold values referred to in paragraph 1 shall be published in the river basin management plans to be produced under Article 13 of Directive 2000/60/EC, together with a summary of the information set out in Part C of Annex II to this Directive. Member States shall, by [OP please insert the date = the first day of the month following 18 months after the date of entry into force of this Directive], inform the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) of the national threshold values referred to in paragraph 1, point (b).
