Calls as a matter of urgency on the Commission to come up with a strategydirective to align the working conditions of platform workers with those of regulaall other employees, with full respect for the diversity of national labour market models and the autonomy of social partners on the condition that this does not create forms of exploitation or unfair competition on the internal market, it clarifies the status of workers and it gives them access to fundamental rights such as holiday leave and sick leave, social security and health care, wages and decent working conditions, not to mention the right to union representation and collective bargaining;
