1. AcknowledgesTakes note that Europe’s economy is showing encouragingsome signs of recovery, with some Member States displaying positive growth and unemployment reaching its lowest level since the crisis but stresses that, also according to the latest results of the OECD well-being index, there are clear and deep divisions between societies and individuals according to education level, income, wealth, age and birthplace; highlights, nonetheless, that not all Member States are experiencing the same degree of recovery and that unemployment rates are still too high in many regions of Europe, particularly among young people; express its concern on the fact that people under the age of 25 are particularly hard- hit and are 60% more likely to be unemployed than those aged 25-54;
