Believes that a Declaration of Compliance (DoC) can be an effective tool for ensuring that FCMs are compliant with the relevant rules, and recommends that all FCMs, whether harmonised or non- harmonised, are accompanied by a high- quality DoC and the appropriate documentation, as is currently the case for FCMs for which specific measures have been adopted;
