Calls on relevant EU and UN institutions to fully respect and implement the Financial and Administrative Framework Agreement (FAFA) and asks the Commission to report to the Parliament about implementation of FAFA and guidelines related to it, and to identify areas needing improvement and to make relevant proposals in this regard.

Calls on both the EU and the UN to engage in the best possible operational coordination in terms of complementarity, in order to systematically research the best opportunities, optimal leverages and synergies in support and implementation of EU policy objectives, notably between EU development policies and other areas of external action such as human rights, migration and refugees, security, stability and conflict prevention;
