Points to the need to alsIn view of the immediate triggers for the humanitarian crisis of migration and the challenges in the post-2015 development framework, points to the need to reinforce lines 21 02 08 02, as local authorities will have a big role in providing basic social services and in handling challenges of urbanisation in the post-2015 development frameworkin order to step up the role of local authorities in the challenge of urbanisation, 21 02 07 02 to combat energy poverty and 21 02 07 04 to enable the Union to honour its political commitments with regard to food and nutrition security and sustainable agriculture in developing countries.
