Condemns the use of sexual violence against women and girls as weapons of war, including crimes such as mass rape, sexual slavery, enforced prostitution, gender-based forms of persecution including trafficking, sex tourism, and early and forced marriages, and all other forms of sexual violence, and calls on the Eastern Partnership States to take steps, as a matter of urgency, to prevent and prosecute serious crimes of this kind committed within their jurisdiction, even outside their own territory;
