Emphasises the importance of the provisions on dialogue and cooperation on employment policy, labour rights such as health and safety at work, gender equality and anti-discrimination, including for vulnerable and marginalised groups such as LGBTI people, in order to provide better jobs with improved working conditions, notably for young Armenians;
