B. whereas the agreement of 12 June 2018 on the settlement of differences and the establishment of a strategic partnership between the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Greece sends a much- needed positive signal for stability and reconciliation in the whole Western Balkans region; whereas, in the spirit of good neighbourly relations and regional cooperation, the two countries should guarantee the lack of future territorial claims towards the neighbouring countries;
